Club House and All Ranges closed 8:00 AM to conclusion of class activities (approximately 4:00 PM.)

Maryland Hunter Safety - Classroom Field Day

8am-4pm - Club House and All Ranges - Setup for Live Fire, Field Day, and Class Administration

9am-4pm - Club House, Shotgun Range, All Ranges - Live Fire, Field Walk, Class Administration

1.      Students of any age are welcome, but they must attend all three evening sessions (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 6;00-9:00pm) and the Saturday Field Day session from 9:00am-1:00pm (approximately.)

2.   Present government issued photo ID showing proof of age, or birth certificate and school or other photo ID.

7.      Obtain a minimum score of 80% on the 50-question, Maryland DNR Hunter Education written exam.

8.      Receive the approval and recommendation of the Hunter Education Instructor(s) following the live fire and field walk exercises.

Important Notes Regarding Hunter Education Field Day Workshop Registration:

• Class is limited to 30 students.

• Class is filled on a first to register, first served basis.

• Class may be cancelled if less than 5 students register.
