Please Join us on Saturday August 21st for a day to Celebrate your Berwyn Membership
This will be a Low Noise AIR Day only event. Bring your favorite Air Gun, Airsoft, or Arrows (target or field points only) – the club has a small collection of air guns (pistol / rifle) we may use but to fully participate in many activities you’ll want to bring your own.
All ranges will be closed 8 am - 2 pm for non event related activities
Food, water, soda will be provided
A bounce Castle will be on site for the little ones
Games will include:
A kiddie Fishing pond for those under 10 years of age. All participants will win a Berwyn Frisbees and Berwyn Safety Glasses
Repair a Frame: Members will race the clock to replace 3 pieces of wood and new cardboard on a damaged frame. Prizes will include a 50 pack of 8” Splatter Targets, 50 pack of 12 x 18 Sight in Splatter Targets, and 50 pack of 12 x 24 Splatterburst Targets. 1st Place will select their price first, 2nd place next, and 3rd place will receive the final pack.
Sand Bag Races – Members will race the clock to carry a 70-pound sand bag 15 yards down the 100-yard range. Prizes will include a $25 Bass Pro Card, a $50 Bass Pro Card, and a $75 Bass Pro Card
Clay Pigeon Bust – 3 Clay Pigeons will be placed on a stand at 10 yards on the 50 foot range. Shoots will participate in relays of 4 – the first shooter to bust all 3 clays will advance until only 1 shooter remains. Clays that are shot and fall but do not break will count as NOT BROKEN and that shooter will not advance. Prizes will include a Game Face ASRGTH Eclectic Full/Semi Auto Airsoft Sub Machine Gun with Battery Pack and Charger, 3,000 round bag of Aim Green Glow in the Dark Biodegradable Airsoft 6mm BBs, and 2 MetalTac Airsoft Speed Loaders.
10 Yard Archery Shoot – Participates will bust balloons at 10 yards. 2 Balloons will be placed on a target at 10 yards on each lane of the Archery Range – Members will shoot 2 arrows from each lane. Members will have 60 seconds to complete the round. Most balloons busted will advance. Each subsequent round will be reduced by 5 seconds until 1 shooter remains. Safety WILL be THE PRIORITY. Members mush fully advance from lane to lane and safely set before drawing arrows. Prizes will include a TopArchery Leather Shoulder Quiver, an Archery Release Aid Rigger, and an Archery Arm Guard.
25 Yard Shoot. In relays of 4, Participants will shoot their favorite Air gun (Rifle, Pistol, CO2, Green Air, Arisoft) on the 50 yard range utilizing standard target participants will shoot 10 rounds. Highest score in each relay will advance until 4 shooters remain. Final 4 shooters will be given a reduced size target and 5 rounds. Heats will continue until no ties and a winner is declared. Prizes include a Emarth 20-60x60 Spotting Scope with Tripod and phone attachment, a pair of Redfield 10x25 Binoculars, and a Berwyn button down short sleeve shirt.
And for the Final Event "Three Range Monty"
Shooters will shoot 15 rounds from each range at 7 yards, 25 Yards, and 50 Yards single shot or multiple shot – as Wyatt Earp once said “Fast is fine, Accuracy is final”
50 ft Range (at 7 yards) any air handgun
50 yard Range (at 25 yards) air Pistol or Rifle, shooters choice
100 Yard Range (at 50 yards) air rifle
Any sight preference. Using the official score targets
Once all targets have been scored All participants will get a challenge coin. 3rd Place will get a set of the Redfield Binoculars, 2nd Place will get a $250 Bass Pro Card, 1st place will get a10X Gen 2 Gamo Swarm Magnum G2 .22, Multi, 0.22 Air Rifle with 3-9x40 shockproof and fogproof scope. In the event of a tie at any of the top 3 positions elimination will take place using Varmit shoot targets.
All games and rules are subject to modification on day off as a result of any unforeseen circumstance, firearm limits, etc.
